How It Works:
This new 3 Year Old Novice Horse class is open
to any Non Pro Rider. Bonus money will be paid
to the highest placing Limited Non Pro Rider not
placing in the Top 5. Eligible horses must not
have earned 10 points per event in any NSBA-recognized
breed association or more than $1,000 in NSBA
earnings per event as of January 1 of the
current show year. Points from all divisions
cumulative (open/amateur/youth) will count,
novice points will not count.
Purse:
The total purse of this new class is estimated
to be $30,000 if all slots are sold, paying an
estimated $10,000 to the winner.
Slot fee:
This class is limited to 30 entry slots which
are sold on a first come, first serve basis. The
slot fee is $1,100 accepted until July 8.
The horse must be named on July 8. No entries
will be accepted after the July 8 deadline. A
horse nomination form will be sent to all slot
holders.
Judges:
The class will show as a western pleasure class
in one go. Judges will be pulled from the pool
of Reichert Celebration Judges.
